Product Description

Surgiclean® Absorbable Hemostatic Particles, honored as "Zhejiang High-Quality Manufactured Products" and "Zhejiang Excellent Industrial Products", is developed by Hangzhou Singclean after eight years of unremitting effort. It is prepared with potato starch as raw materials using reverse micro-emulsification technology and cross-linked modification to form a three-dimensional network structure.

It is an adjunctive hemostatic device and ideal for rapid haemostasis in capillary, vein and small arteries.

Surgiclean® Absorbable Hemostatic Particles can successfully stop bleeding in 3 minutes and are enzymatically degraded by amylase and fully absorbed within 7 days.

Absorbable hemostatic particles is indicated in surgical procedures as an adjunctive hemostatic device to assist when control of capillary, venous, and arteriolar bleeding by pressure, ligature and other conventional procedures is ineffective or impractical. Especially for the large-area oozing of the blood, depth bleeding and the part bleeding and the part bleeding that surgery can't reach, reduction of postoperative adhension .

 

How it works?

Spraing the Absorbable hemostatic particles on the bleeding surface of a wound, with its granular molecules absorbing rapidly the moisture from the blood and gathering the visible components (such as platelets, red blood cells, albumin, thrombin and fibin, etc.) in the blood at the surface of paticles to form a gelationous mixture, Meanwhile, it speeds up the activation of endogrnous hemostatic factors, shortening the clotting process abd forming soild and reliable local blood clot, stopping bleeding within several seconds, without leaving any traces locally .
