This product is a kind of colorless transparent liquid gel which is made of hyaluronic acid sodium salt and physiologically balanced salt. HA is widely distributed in animal and human connective tissue extracellylar matrix, with higher concentration in vitreous, umbilical cord, skin, cartilage and synovial fluid.
We used bacterical fermentation to product HA material to avoid the risk of carrying virus and media from animal tissue of organs. HA is different from other natural mucopolusaccharide: HA molecule does not contain sulfate groups. It is also not covalently bound protein, and can exist free in the body as freedom chain.
They apply to laparoscopic surgery and other abdominal and pelvic surgeries, and can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adhesions and degree of adhesion.
Spread the product on the rough surface of a wound liable to postoperative adhesion. With no surface groups in its molecule and no covalent binding with the protein, it can exist as free chain in the body for lubrication, moisture preservation and mechanical isolation, prevening adhesions.
Background
Peritoneum may be adhesions when in self-healing process after operation damaged. Critical period for peritoneal repair period is 5-7 days, which is adhesion forming. So in this self-healing process 5 to 7 days, sodium hyaluronate for anti-adhesion is a necessary drug.
Scope of application
Used for the prevention and reduction of postoperative adhesions of the abdominal and pelvic surgery.
How to use Singclean ® Anti-adhension Gel
1. Surgical operation ends
2. Catheter into the uterine cavity using high viscosity and high concentrantion HA 1-3ml
3. Remain for 5 min
4. Remove

The product is sterilized and free from pyrogenicity, and must be operated in a sterile environment;
The product is single use only. Do not use if sterile packaging has been damaged
This product must not be in contact with drugs containing geramine chloride in order to avoid chaos
